Howdy from space! Elvis here, and what a year it's been! Ever since those NASA fellers took the hint and gave me some space (pun intended) on this here Space Station, I've been as content as a kitty with a full dish of whole milk. In the first place, my extra pounds don't mean a thing up here. I can do windmills and karate moves all day long and I'm as light as a feather ! Of course I had to give up fried chicken and burgers for the rest of my life, and I'm gettin' kinda' sick of orange juice, but it balances out all right in the end. I keep Oldies Radio satellite feeds goin' up here so I can listen to all my hits. Except for that "little Less Conversation" crap! That was just a demo. It was never supposed to get recorded because the material wasn't good enough for The King to be singin' it. So then someone dug it out of the vaults in Memphis and added all that rap crap to it. What the hell happened to the Colonel? Did he sell me out? (again!) When that song comes on it's a damn good thing them NASA fellers didn't allow me to bring my .22 magnum up here or I'd surely shoot out the damn radio receiver! All in all though, it ain't too bad. With each new shuttle mission they always bring up a big case of glazed donuts for me. I keep tabs on the world by watching CNN. Right now I wish to hell that Jackson kid that bewitched my daughter would get his. Maybe I'll wait 'til I pass over California and then flush The King's toilet! HaHa! That would serve him right. But I'd hate to get anything on anyone else or even dirty up California. It needs help and I hope ol' Ahnold can turn it around. As for the rest of the country, well, let's just say I'm damn glad to be up here. At least the view is still pretty nice, especially at night during a thunderstorm. It really inspires me to write some more good songs, and I just might do that and send 'em to ya' on as an MP3 file on the Internet. Take care of yourself and tell Robert to keep up the good work. That boy looks more and more like you every day. Poor kid. J
P.S. Tell those damn spammers who clutter up this great guestbook to shove it! Talk about "A Little Less Conversation !".
Keep Rockin' <THE KING>

Getting away from their high-stress jobs, a couple spends relaxing weekends in their motor home. When they found their peace and quiet disturbed by well-meaning, but unwelcome, visits from other campers, they devised a plan to assure themselves some privacy.
Now, when they set up camp, they place this sign on the door of their RV:
"Insurance agent. Ask about our term-life package."

First Memory

Long ago, I was wounded. I lived
to revenge myself
against my father, not
for what he was
for what I was: from the beginning of time,
in childhood, I thought
that pain meant
I was not loved.
It meant I loved.

Hi there, First of all I would like to complement u on an excellent site which u haff created. I must say that u heleped me a lot in comprehending all the history text i was forced to read in doing my history module. It was very organised and all the infomation are easy to comprehend. Thanks once again. I would like to suggest if its not too bad of an idea that u add an extension to the history of india to more of a forum or rather a discussion on certain historical issues especially where politics is concern and where people and even u urself can post ur opinion on how u perceive the whole thing (e.g: how close was the accusation that the fast carried by Gandhi was more of an emotional blackmail..etc) and .. well it would be nice if you could add some info about Jinnah or at least try to view it from both sides because the independence of India cannot be summarised by Gandhi alone though he may have a lot to do with it.... nevertheless these are just suggestions. Still I simply am grateful to have come across your site! esp since there is other dimension to it such as the entertainmant sites esp the cinema..i adore hindi movies So.. keep up with the good work and i would love to see the site again when it updates
